..... a job is no longer a job - is no longer a job .....

Ongoing transformation from industrial to informational society is also revolutionizing our perception on terms like work/job, place of work, staff. These, previously so well established, terms are getting today a new meaning that can be summarized as follows:

• job - no longer a physical location but a part of an activity
• personnel - tied to the activity, not the place
• activity - multipart interaction

In other words, one does no longer have to go to work in order to work. And the work itself … well it could almost be anything.
